I find it extremely difficult to select my “favorite” images, but perhaps this collection holds a special place in my heart for various reasons: some were made under rare, hard-to-repeat conditions, others capture moments before the ever changing west coast forest itself forever reshaped the scene. Each image carries a story of patience, luck, and the unpredictable life of the woods that transforms ordinary scenes into singular memories that feel impossible to reproduce.
